Couples Therapy


When to Consider Couples Therapy:

  • You do not want to spend time with your partner.
  • You frequently argue.
  • You do not feel understood by your partner.
  • You are losing interest in sex or intimacy with your partner.

While conflict in relationships is unavoidable, how you and your partner respond to that conflict will determine your marital satisfaction. I will work with you and your partner to better understand why you keep getting in the same arguements and work towards a mutually respectful resolution.
